Order embroidery
On our site you can order embroidery on clothing (t-shirts and sweatshirts, t-shirts and jackets, baseball caps and other favorite things), fabrics, various products, work wear and more! The company Zig-Zag Ltd. has been providing custom services in the city of St. Petersburg since 1994. We have accumulated vast experience and honed our skills, which allows us to create and implement the most complex ideas or tasks!
Computer embroidery on garments helps to underline your style and express your taste! We do wholesale embroidery. What does this mean? Only that the minimum order is only 5 pieces. If you order a batch of 100 pieces or more, the programme (which initially costs from 500 roubles) will be free of charge.
We work with both wholesale and retail customers!
The minimum order in our company is 10 units of embroidery! However, single orders are possible under special conditions! All information you can find out from our manager by phone:

How do I order embroidery?
Image selection
You must have a sketch (a file for visualisation of ideas, without final elaboration, with a high level of detail) or a mock-up (a fully elaborated sketch, where all the nuances of the work are defined), preferably in vector format. If you have only a raster format or hand-drawn drawing, we can finalize it and provide a layout for approval. In order for the order to go through promptly, you need to choose the size of the design and also have the material for a test sample with you.
Approval of the layout by the manager
The best option is for you to come to our office and our manager will advise you on the details. You can send an image to our email for an understanding of pricing, embroidery possibilities, and discuss the details over the phone.
Programme development
The programme costs between 200 and 1500 roubles, depending on complexity. If you order embroidery with increased complexity, the price of the programme may be higher. However, if at this stage you are ready to order more than 100 pieces, the application of this image (logo/chevron), then the programme is free of charge! The programme takes 2-3 days to develop! If you have an urgent order, we can produce the programme sooner, conditions to be negotiated.
Proofreading. Approval
We embroider one sample free of charge; subsequent samples are charged at the price of the embroidery. You come to our office and agree the final details of your order. If you are sure about the design and the result, steps 3-4 can be skipped!
Starting to sew the batch
Once you have paid for your 50-100% order we get to work! Batch lead times are negotiable.
Free delivery
Our company delivers products free of charge to its regular customers within St. Petersburg (and partially within the Leningrad region) on Mondays and Thursdays from 12.00-18.00. If you are not our regular customer, you can use this service if your order total exceeds 5000 rubles. If you are in another city in Russia, we will send embroidery by post. Timing of embroidery production
It takes no more than 1-2 working days to create the programme. It takes 2-3 working days to produce the embroidery itself. Total - the order will be ready in 3-5 working days. Sometimes, the order requires urgency. In this case, you contact the manager and negotiate. We are sure we will think of something!
Please note that we do not repair clothes!
We make patches (chevrons) and embroider on garments according to a sketch provided. If you ask us to fix a 'hole' in your garment by patting it up with something, we can't do that.
Free consultation
Machine (computer) embroidery has its advantages! We use high quality threads (made in Italy)! The embroidered logo will last a very long time, keeping its original look! Our embroidery does not fade after washing and is not afraid of sunlight, the logo is not deformed! An important detail - the maximum image size is 36×45 cm. When a larger format is required, we resort to using docking, in which case the size of the logo goes up to 2 metres! When lettering is required, from our experience we can say that it is not recommended to make the font less than 4mm, as it will be difficult to read.
The price of the work is calculated individually and depends on the set of services required to complete the order! You can send us a sketch of the desired design (indicating its size, personal wishes) we will tell you the final cost of the work.
On weekdays, we respond within 20 minutes. It takes 4 to 7 days to complete an order. But for a 100% surcharge we will do all the work the same day!
You only have to pay for the design once, which means you won't have to pay for it again! If several images are to be applied to the same product, each one will be charged separately. You can buy your embroidery in one go!
