Machine embroidery is one of the priority services at our company Zig Zag Ltd. It's a great tool for branding products or uniforms as well as creating patterns for decorative purposes. You can add uniqueness to your favourite items, whether it's your favourite T-shirt or a plush toy.
Production process
We do creating design programmes for the embroidery machine. There are two scenarios: The first is when the client does not know exactly what they want. Here we have to work with the client "from the beginning", i.e. to understand what they want and match this with our technical capabilities. As a result, we have a colour-coded sketch of the future design and an implementation deadline. The second scenario is when the client already has a vector graphic image file (crd/pdf/eps etc.). Then we outline the image in a graphic editor for use in the programme, the subsequent stages of sewing the sample and coordination are the same as in the first option. There is also a third option, "advanced", when the customer comes with a ready-made programme. We simply check it, make corrections if necessary and get to work.
Next stage - The approval of the already sewn sample: we show it to you in person or remotely (from a sent sample). Adjustments are made and wishes expressed. In the end, according to the approved sample the required batch of embroidered items is ordered! You can order embroidered logos from our website by simply filling out the form.
We work with both wholesale and retail customers!

How to order
Before ordering a machine embroidery, we need the image, the right amount and the material (the backing) on which the garment is to be embroidered. Detailed step by step instructions can be found in the "To order embroidery" section! The company "Zig Zag" is committed to high quality! Created once according to your design design with all the parameters (lining material, catalogue thread type and colour, sewing speed of each item) saved in our database! By contacting us again, you can get an embroidered batch completely identical to the previously agreed sample.

Embroidery on clothing - is a very convenient way to give your favourite items or even your company a personality! Whether it's a nice gift for loved ones or branding. It will accentuate your taste and intention!
We use first-class yarns that are not afraid of washing in the washing machine or sunlight. Your pattern will retain its vibrant appearance and last longer than the garment itself.
Before placing your order, please note that on the front of the baseball cap the maximum size of the application is 110×55 mm and on the sides it is 70×40 mm. On the pockets, unfortunately, the work is not done, the product will be stitched through, which means the pocket will lose its functionality. The maximum image size is 36×45 cm.
If the task requires a larger scale drawing, our craftsmen will resort to the docking method. The application can be up to 2 metres long! If lettering is required, we recommend sticking to a font of at least 4 mm, as anything less will be difficult to read.
No. Technically it is possible, but the item will be stitched through, which means the pocket will lose its functionality.
The lines are always slightly thicker than the needle - about 1 mm! If we are talking about tufts or knits, the lines will be a little thicker.
Please note that we do not repair clothes!
We make patches (chevrons) and embroider on garments according to a sketch provided. If you ask us to fix a 'hole' in your garment by patting it up with something, we can't do that.

Not necessary, we have dozens of colours of Italian-made fine welt fabric in stock! The advantages include their longevity and good detailing, even in the smallest details!
The price is influenced by the size of the pattern and the detailing, as well as the substrate: when working with a material with pile or coarse weave knits, a smoothing foil is used to smooth out the irregularities.
The minimum print run is 5 copies. We can also embroider a single print run, but at an extra cost.

The programme is paid for once. The good news is that it will be stored in the database for many years! So, when ordering again, you will be able to study all the details of your previous machine embroidery: the date it was designed, the thread palette, the corrections.
