Custom embroidery on fabric to your designs
Logo application on fabric With machine embroidery, this is a service at Zig Zag Ltd., which we provide to our customers both retail and wholesale. The logo on the fabric is applied to the textile provided by the customer, but we can also purchase the necessary fabric ourselves.
The simplest thing about producing embroidery on fabric is Chevron production, patches. The fabric is placed in the hoop, and the operator instructs the machine to make several logo repeats within the size of the work area, depending on the size of the patch. In a single operation, several copies are made at the same time. We have Italian-made, shrink-free and fine-cut material, so you can embroider small details with high quality.
What fabric is used for embroidery
The fabric is printed on cotton, linen, wool, hemp, jute, silk and synthetic fibres. The image can also be printed on more delicate fabrics or mesh. Thanks to our technology We achieve optimum quality on almost all products. With proper care, the fruit of our efforts will retain its appearance for a very long time.
Depending on the range of services required to complete your task, the price for textile embroidery calculated individually. To enable us to calculate a specific cost, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org sketch of the desired design, desired size, number of copies, and don't forget to specify your personal wishes for the order!
The embroidery on the fabric does not burn out and doesn't lose its vibrant colour, the pattern retains its appearance and doesn't warp. Prestigious ateliers and fashion designers, furniture factories and design studios, large companies and emerging businessmen - we will create a unique work on textiles!
When working on garments, the work goes through several additional steps. When ordering knitwear, a padding material is soldered to the backing to stabilise the fabric. If the garment has a pile, a water-soluble film is used, which is necessary to suppress the pile. Then the thread to thread will lie smoothly and the work will look neat.
When working with jackets There are nuances - it may be a special cut, an existing lining that needs to be unstitched and sewn or applied through the lining by stitching through it. It is also possible to apply the logo to the trousers, but in certain places where it can be taped, all these points have to be agreed.
Please note that we do not repair clothes!
We make patches (chevrons) and embroider on garments according to a sketch provided. If you ask us to fix a 'hole' in your garment by patting it up with something, we can't do that.

For our work to be successful and in a short space of time, a sketch is needed and it is advisable to have the product itself on hand. Then it's easier to see whether it's possible to embroider the garment in the place specified by the customer. If everything coincides with our specifications, then we take over the design and make a pilot copy. At this stage you can change the colour of the thread, location. The size and elements of the pattern change for an additional fee. It is therefore important, at the discussion stage, to establish the exact size of the image. After the design phase, the pieces are sent to the machine.
